Other Topic Session Description As the US Government strives to be more transparent through the use of social software, an unavoidable collision is eminent between the need to be more transparent and the need to adhere to regulatory compliance policies and procedures. The conundrum facing many government IT leaders is how to do both in a framework that is cost effective, secure and prevents data leaks, and enforces compliance. The easy answer for most IT professionals is just to say 'no' to social software, but in doing so is just a short term solution to a problem that is not going away. In this session, IGLOO Software will discuss "next generation" social software which is both social and compliant.
