Session Description

Bracewell & Giuliani is a leading law firm that also staked out a leadership position in Enterprise 2.0.  But when you're a law firm, bound by issues of attorney-client privilege, confidentiality, and regulation, you can't simply roll out an Enterprise 2.0 solution without considering the consequences.  I will discuss the risk management process for adopting legal collaboration tools, and how the firm needed to adapt its tools and its policies to address potential hazards.  This risk management can serve as a model for companies in other regulated industries.
