Session Description

A number of collaboration strategies use technology as the catalyst for an initiative.  What we must do is think about collaboration tools as any other technology, the enabler or answer to a business problem.

Or the basis for a business opportunity?  (In my submission, I suggest that to provide competitive advantage, collaboration tools (and other organisational enablers) need to be seen as the answer to how do organisations generate organisational capability.)  Is this something Cisco has experience of as well?
