2. The Problem with Current Collaboration Strategies (“the hammer searching for the nail”)

A number of collaboration strategies use technology as the catalyst for an initiative.  What we must do is think about collaboration tools as any other technology, the enabler or answer to a business problem. 

Scott Softy is a Senior Director of Collaboration Services within Cisco's Advanced Services organization.
