Session Description

Enterprise 2.0 and social media offer the benefit of rapid change and the possibility of doing a wide variety of things more efficiently and effectively - which can be both good and bad. Some folks embrace change, while some do not. How can we make the changes that come with Enterprise 2.0 and social media less scary? How can we address the critics and naysayers who do not believe in the value of these tools?

This session is an interactive sharing session where I will facilitate a discussion and share experiences that have worked for us at EMC, as well as encourage participants to engage in the conversation and share their own experiences.

This sounds really interesting. Have you done any write-ups of this work before that we can have a look at?

Thanks!  You'll find a blog post on this on my blog (jamiepappas.com) and I'll definitely share stories and examples from EMC in the session (if it's selected). If it's not, I'm still happy to chat and share what has worked, and what has not for us.

All the best,

Jamie
