Hi, sounds interesting Pascal.

Re your first paragraph in the session description, I think there's already a good level of understanding that we need to focus much more on people than tools to enable enterprise 2.0 adoption.  What we need is more clarity in the way we make the shift.  So could you provide some more detail about what you're going to add that's new?

I also think the point applies regardless of the culture we're trying to create.  So re your second point, what are the specific issues associated with lean culture and enterprise 2.0, as opposed to any other culture?

Hello Jon,

I first want to apologize on my late reply.  I've been away for Holidays Vacation and I am still trying to catch up!

In regards to your first question, the Toyota Way is a methodology used for a long time in industries, especially in continuous improvement type of projects.  The steps used and the 14 principles enounced in the Toyota way, help us focussed on people all along project realisation.  We will explain all that in our presentation.

Also, for your second point, the lean culture is also strongly tied with Toyota principles.  By explaining the methodology, we will talk about Culture at the same time, especially Lean Culture.

Thanks for your interest.  Hope we will meet at the conference !
