Other Topic Session Description It all started with the question: Can we create a process that really describes the way to facilitate 2.0 adoption in an enterprise based on the way it really happens? We started with a waterfall model. Then we talked about it and realized it made no sense in reality. But yet, there is a pattern of adoption that we could articulate. So we talked about it some more. And we arrived at a framework that describes what real enterprises do to facilitate adoption. Then we wrote it down. Vote for this session and I'll tell you all about it. The back story: The 2.0 Adoption Council is an organization of representatives from over 100 companies who are actively implementing 2.0 programs internally. This group of people are the very reality that we are all talking about. They represent a wide variety of industries and come from many countries. And they know what their companies are really doing with E2.0. I had the privilege of interviewing some of the members of the council for a research report they asked me to write for them. You may have see this report advertised on my blog, the 2.0 Adoption Council's blog, or elsewhere. In this session, I'll share what I learned with you. Session Format Single Speaker
