this sounds like an interesting pitch - and makes me think how much more fun it would be than developing a strategy, just DO!
As we all know, "Build it and they will come" won't work. With the circumstances we had, that was our only option. We will review how NASA got into that spot and how we were still able to tweak the circumstances to our favor to make it work. My intent is to show that no matter what the situation of an organization may be, an E2.0 strategy can be successfully created and pulled off. |
